A water rebate review involves examining your water bills and account history to identify whether any overcharges have occurred. If a valid claim is identified, we manage the process of pursuing a refund or credit from your water supplier on your behalf.
What the review involves

We ask for copies of your recent water bills and any relevant account information. The more history you can provide, the more thorough the review.
We carry out the review
We examine your bills and account history to identify any potential overcharges or rebate opportunities.
We report our findings
We tell you what we have found. If a valid claim exists, we explain the basis and what recovery might look like. If we find nothing, we tell you that too.
We pursue the claim
Where you ask us to proceed, we manage the claim process with your water supplier on your behalf.
